Therapeutic Approach:

The key value of integrative psychotherapy is its individualized approach. Integrative approach aims to bring together the affective, cognitive, behavioral, and physiological systems within a person, with an awareness of the social and transpersonal aspects of the systems surrounding the person.

It provides adaptation of the therapy to the distinctive characteristics and needs of each individual by allowing the therapist to tailor their knowledge of evidence-based treatments and approaches. The main emphasis is on the therapeutic relationship, therapist's flexibility and client's motivation, all considered to be key elements of therapeutic change.

How I work:

In my therapy practice, I combine different therapeutic tools and elements from different theoretical approaches and researches to fit the needs of the individual client. Client is seen as an active participant in the therapy.
I choose an appropriate theoretical model and apply it in a flexible and integrative way to inspire hope, provide clients with corrective emotional experience, attention, empathy and respect which allows clients to develop an alternative and more plausible view of the self and the world also as more spontaneity and flexibility in problem solving.

Personal:
I love to dance, read, travel and meet new and diverse people and cultures. I am curious and love to gain new skills, experiences and knowledge. Also it brings me a lot of satisfaction to share my knowledge and experience with others. I love animals, nature and enjoy simple little things that make life beautiful. I believe in the power of the reparative relationship that can lead to a significant change and self-actualization in the individual.
